RTK Pulse is made by a small team. Mail us and a human answers — usually within two working days.
Contact
info@corfuse.com — questions, bug reports, refunds, account deletion, anything in the privacy policy.
If you can, send the report straight from the app (Result screen → Send report to support). It attaches the technical detail of the run, with your credentials and position already stripped out.
Before you write, the four usual answers
- “Connected, authenticated, then silence.” On a network-RTK mountpoint the caster waits for your position before it sends anything. Allow location, or pick a single-base mountpoint.
- “Rejected credentials.” Casters commonly bind an account to one concurrent connection — disconnect the rover before testing, and check that the mountpoint belongs to your subscription.
- “Unencrypted” warning. Port 2101 sends your NTRIP password in clear text. If your provider offers TLS on 443 or 2102, use it.
- Purchases missing after a reinstall or on a new device — use Restore purchases in the app; the store, not us, holds the receipt.
Delete your account
You can delete the account and its server-side data from within the app, or by writing to info@corfuse.com from the address you signed up with. Deletion removes profiles and session history from our servers; anything stored only on your device goes with the app when you uninstall it.
What RTK Pulse does not do
It tests the correction stream over this phone’s data path. It does not talk to your receiver or controller, it does not compute a position fix, and it cannot tell you whether your rover’s radio, antenna or setup is at fault. A clean verdict means the caster and your mobile connection are healthy — no more, no less.
